Subway - King of Prussia

Don't usually leave reviews but this subway changed that! The subway was nice and clean looked like a subway from 2050 or something???? Every hoagie from subway is like heaven. The ingredients are excellent. The meats are plentiful. The staff is professional. There is nothing like Subway.

This restaurant is found in the food court of the King of Prussia Mall. Unfortunately, customer service at this location was not good today compared to other restaurants in the food court. The staff were rude and seemed annoyed to answer simple questions even when there was no line.

*We are contacting corporate so should you* The girl doing breads and meats was speaking to herself, not loud enough for a mall food court. The second girl on Veggies was just horrendous. My wife and I worked at Subway for years. I generally hate that argument but it is legitimately the easiest job I've ever had. There was always a standard for our stores and we were regularly audited. I don't know when this fad of making a sandwich in the fold of the bread became popular but it's not the Subway method. There was no attempt at closing our sandwich and it was cut while laying open. They proceeded to wrap it without closing it so when we opened it, there were sauces and toppings in the paper and not in the sandwich where they belong. It's clear the owner will defend the actions of their employee's and that's great that they trust their employee's but unfortunately, they need to look a little closer. My complaint is not the only one like it on google and I can't imagine this business would survive if not for the fact that it's in a mall.

Had a great Buffalo chicken sub on multigrain there yesterday. All the ingredients were fresh, everything was neat and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. Thanks.

I ordered food with DoorDash and got two subs. Both were FULLY detailed and were to include meat. When it was delivered both subs were intact and were sealed and NOT disturbed by driver. When opening the subs neither had any meat. So I contacted subway only for them to say the driver must of removed the meat ????. Refused to allow me to come to the store to make it right. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Edited to add I tried to leave a doordash review but so far have been unsuccessful. Honestly contemplating reaching out to corporate. No business should operate this way.
