The hottest day of the year and on the route to the near-by coast so this place was very busy (pr maybe thsts normal! . One item of choice not available, no dressing sent with salad (but was provided on request and food was acceptable McDonald 's fare. Had some food wins on the monopoly game so can 't complain about that!!

Absolutely trash service they made me a frappe very warm and watery. Shame of you I’ve paid money for this

Tended to use the drive through on my way to work in a morning and have had several negative experiences, so I'm not going to go again. I've had food items missing from the bag and there's never a napkin in the bag. When I've asked for a napkin, several times I've been spoken to as if I were something unpleasant they'd scraped off their shoe. Recently I was dismissively told there was already one in the bag, but they would put an extra one in anyway. When I got to work, there was no napkin, so my hands were covered in grease when I started work. Tried to raise a complaint on the McDonalds's website, but just ended up going round in circles with chatbots, so decided to post on here instead.

Just been here and despite being told not to on his previous order put all 4 of our meals in one bag so the chips were practically falling out. Got home and found the chicken nuggets ordered were not even there!

Recently went into McDonalds West Lynn, with two friends and we parked their motorcycles and my car in the car park. I did not notice the sign telling you that you only had an hour and a half of parking, and, if I had, I would have assumed that people who were spending their money in the cafe would be excempt from that limit. We went over the time by about 40 minutes, and during our time in there had consumed about four breakfasts and half a dozen coffees. Two weeks later, I received a letter from a company called UK Parking Control, fining me for overstaying in the car park, which apparently is owned by them, not McDonalds. Thankfully their spying kit was not good enough to pick up my friends licence plates, but, what a nice little way to make a few quid without working for it. The food was fine, but I will not be using McDonalds again.
