Los Tarascos - Kings Mountain

I tried this place like 5 times now, I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt bc it’s really close to me. They give a decent amount of food but the foods bad. Unseasoned fajita meats and the salsa is so plain tasting(chips are okay most the time). I can’t get into salsa tho, like they’re pouring prego and water together or something to make it. Definitely some super cheap recipe. I want this restaurant to be better, maybe I’ll try again in a year

I was passing through and stopped by to eat here but Terrible service, I was waiting more than 20 minutes for them to take my order and they only served the “güeros” first and the waiters only looked at me without asking anything n??

Wonderful food, good drinks, friendly atmosphere, I just wish our waitress was as happy to be there as we were. Acting lessons might have helped, so she could have pretended she liked customers. The guy who brought the ppl lates to the table was the highlight of the evening. How many plates can he carry? Worth the trip to find out.

Good place to taste comfortable Mexican at the best price

We first discovered Los Tarascos on google maps while on a road trip. With an overall 4.2 out of 5 rating, and our love for Mexican food, we decided to give Los Tarascos a shot. I mean why not right? Los Tarascos was cheap, had healthy options, and sounded much better than eating more fried food on the road trip. Boy was I wrong... Here's how it all went down: Apperizer Chips Salsa: Ill give them a pass on their chips as they came out pretty fresh. the salsa was mid at best. Nothing special, just slightly modified tomato sauce. water tasted like dirt, the lemon couldn't even save it Maincourse Chicken Fajitas and 3 Enchiladas: Chicken fajitas were unseasoned came to the table with no sizzle. I was able to touch the cast iron as soon as it hit the table... Enchilada trio featured drained dry beef wrapped in Luke warm corn shells, made with canned aluminum tasting sauce Cherry on the cake: No soap in women's bathroom finishing the meal felt like punishment, the only reason we were able to is because we were THAT hungry To Wrap it all Up: Overall experience was MID in almost every way imaginable prices were cheap, but you def get what you pay for Overall Rating: 2 STARS AT BEST
