Feedback gevenOver the app ordered, ie bite with siracha, but when I went up there was no siracha. everyone was very nice, but eggs were not the same without the sauce. app should have let me know they were out of the sauce.

Worst experience ever! I walked into the store around 11am on a Sunday morning. I stood at the counter and waited patiently to be served/addressed for approximately 5min. They were kind of busy. Nonetheless, I just stood there, and waited. You know, not one of the associates spoke to or greeted me. They just looked at me and continued working behind the counter. Being a person of color, I felt slighted, because shortly thereafter, a white female walked into the store with her children, and an associate “immediately “ greeted her with a pleasant, “Good morning.” The associate then asked the woman, “If she had placed a mobile order,” and the woman responded, “No she had not”. There were more words exchanged between the two of them, then the woman and her children left. The associate then tried to walk away without addressing or speaking to me.. I stopped her and curtly asked, “So you’re not going to speak to me? Did you not see me standing here? She just starred at me… No apology was given. She just adjusted her posture as if “I” had offended her. Then in a very unfriendly dry tone, asked me if I had placed a mobile order. I told her, “no I had not.” She then again, responded in a very unfriendly tone, and told me, the store was accepting mobile orders only. She then turned and walked away, disappearing, into the back of the store, just leaving me standing there… The entire experience was disappointing. Is being treated equally and fairly, asking too much Starbucks? That entire staff may need a refresher in their Diversity Training. As a POC, you KNOW when you’re being discriminated against and treated less than. It’s a shame that it’s still happening. I expect better service treatment from Starbucks. But then again, what did I really expect, I was in Georgia…
They can make a great coffee drink, but they really need to honor the light ice option that's offered in their app. Too much ice kills my teeth. Three times now, I've ordered light ice, and it was brimming with ice. Twice, there was more ice than coffee! Also, the drive through set up is mind of a mess due to there being too many access points. People love to cut in the long drive thru line by coming in the entrance at the halfway point. Super rude.
This Starbucks is AMAZING. Rylie, Patrice, Abby, and Anthony never fail to put a smile on anyones face who walks through that door. 10/10 recommend this Starbucks. Great environment and even better staff!
