El Ranchito Family Mexican - Kingsport

This was the first time that my mother and I had been to this Mexican restaurant. The service by the young gentleman that we had was not good. He never came back to check on us or give us any refills on our tea.. none of the staff really seemed friendly or cordial... it really did not taste like authentic Mexican food.. I do not think we will be returning. Plus the ladies restroom was filthy. I mean there was dried poop on the toilet and the soap dispenser did not work. I even tried to take it apart and put it in there correctly and it still didn't work.

Some of the best Mexican food in the opposite. the portions are great together with the quality of the food. we always had a great service, no matter how crowded it was. only a large local business ran by big people. go and enjoy, you will not be disappointed.

I have a ate here probably 10 times in the past year and I keep trying to give it a chance, but this place is awful! The food, the service. Every item I have ordered was just bad. Fajitas seasoned so much they have a paste on them and they don't even come out sizzling, they come room temp yet cooked to a gristley crisp? And all of the waitresses are bad, except the one guy. The girls always seem irritated, never right down your order and never bring you what you ask for. I had to ask 3 times for the waitress to bring me what I asked for and every time she just stared at me like i was inconveniencing her, then kept bringing me the wrong thing. Chips taste stale and the cheese dip has no flavor and is the consistency of water. Don't waste your time here.

Always delicious and quick, this is my favorite spot for lunch. The waitstaff is courteous, the place is clean, and the guacamole is fantastic!

The dining experience is consistently excellent. The waitress is fantastic; she remembered both me and my fiancée from our very first visit, even though some time has passed since then. The atmosphere really feels like a family-friendly place.
