O'charley's - Kingsport

My first visit was nice. The server was super friendly and very accommodating. I was given the wrong potatoes and my asparagus was burned but both issued were quickly remedied with a smile and apology. The steak was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. I would definitely return.

I ordered the grilled California Chicken Salad to go. This is my favorite salad. Nobody does it better! Chicken grilled just right tender not dried out. Fresh lettuce fixings! I am never disappointed at O' Charley's. And all the wait staff, though busy, stopped by to make sure my wait of about 10 minutes, was as pleasant as could be! Thank you, O'Charley!

After ordering at the counter and paying in cash, our food took a few minutes to be ready on the day after Christmas. Despite the slight delay, it seemed like the staff was working efficiently and we were satisfied with the service.

I ordered a French dip, chopped steak, and appetizer combo from Grubhub, and it was absolutely amazing! It is rare for a delivery or takeout order to reach home in restaurant quality, but I have to say that I have ordered through Grubhub three times now and each meal has been delicious. I usually avoid ordering fried items and opt for other sides when possible. Thank you for the delightful meal tonight after a long day!

I am giving this restaurant 5 stars based on what one would typically expect from a mall-based establishment. The newly renovated Charley's meets and even exceeds the expectations one would have when visiting a Charley's restaurant.
