Overly priced, small portions, low quality.How you still in business?

Zero stars. Not one. I ordered a large order, got delivered a small one and when I requested the proper order was told there 's no drivers available, would you like it tomorrow at 11am? No, I 'd like a refund. I get told I have to call corporate, call them and they say no, you have to call the store. Get bounced around a bit and finally I get Parneet on, and she brushes me off, says it 'll be 3-4 days for the refund and hangs up. I waited 11. No refund. Call the store back and they pretend not to understand, tell me it 's Tim Hortons. Well, hope that was entertaining for you, because head office is on the way. And I really hope the regional manager decides to look at the reviews here.

Very respectful, helpful, and kind staff. Chicken had the recognizable flavoring but seemed like it had been sitting for some time.

Went to this location and ordered a 14 piece feast paid just about 50 dollars and all I recieved in the chicken bucket was 9 legs and 5 thighs no breast meat at all very disappointing then I was going to call and complain and realize that this location is the only KFC without a listed phone number and after reading all the bad reviews I think KFC should not allow this type of service and should look into this location as you are not paying for what you get
