Wonderful food and service every time!One recurring element needs review by the management; the staff frequently and loudly complain about the work or each other. This detracts from the ambience.

Very friendly staff, this location is going to get super busy once the REM is in service.

The best Tim Hortons in Montreal for me. All staffs are super friendly and the manager is great as well. Food is fresh, drink is delicious. Great to have this place near our work. Thank you everyone for your hard work!

I went into the store instead of the drive thru because I had quite a bit to order.The server could not be more impatient with me at the counter, rolling her eyes signing and in general was not happy to hear that I was not done yet.... Definitely a really weird experience. I was also the only person at the counter so it's not like I was holding a long line behind me and she was not part of the drive thru team.

The place is filthy. Employees sitting in the nicest seats instead leaving for customers and EVERY SINGLE table is dirty. No place to sit.
