Nena's House - Kirtland

Always stop here when in Kirtland. Great food and service.

Catfished by food. The food looked appealing and sounded good in the descriptions but did not meet the expectations. Enchiladas were soggy, also the Chili fries were soggy and bland. The tortilla butter was gross, the patty seemed to be baked, it had a odd taste... Maybe cummin. The tortilla for the burger was soggy, we ordered cheese and Chile on it but it was not included. The enchilada plate was gross. The rice needs work, it was mushy and lacked flavor. The beans were good. We also tried the flan but it had an extremely weird dry cuddled texture. I don't think I'll eat here again.

Open early, good food, friendly service! Highly recommended . Try the juevos rancheros!

Food was good and service was excellent. Plan on going back there when opportunity permits.

The music is too loud, which is not inherently bad in itself. They do however play thug music.
