Feedback gevenBad experidnce today after my wife found a rubber band inside one of the alcapurrias she ate and after that didnt finish eat because of that then we ask the manager for the money we spent after that is the least they can do for the bad moment for us and embarrasing for,them ,the owner refused to pay ,just want to pay for the alcapurria we found the rubber band wont visit anymore another place to avoid and a frequent customer they lost.
This place is very expensive, 2 empanada, 1 relleno, 1 mavi, 1 coke, 1 small conch Salad, $60.00 ????????. The move slow with the prices.
Food was good but I absolutely hate it when I’m treated differently for not speaking Spanish. I wasn’t rude when I placed my order and I even left a tip. The person who took my order was on their lunch break and the people behind the counter didn’t even tell me that my food was ready.
Good food the prices for me are high I paid 26 dollars for 3 beef empanadilla one bottle of water and small plate of chicharrón. Another thing the service is slow/horrible. Theirs was 3 people working and only one taking orders. Make it make sense. No good afternoon no good morning just “que tú quieres”giving you attitude for no reason.
I was my worse experience in that place if the owner doesn’t take care of business, they have to close, first they didn’t want to take my order because they was changing the wrong amount of money and they didn’t care, second the internet said the closed at 10 on Saturday and it was 7:30 and they said the kitchen was closed and is not the first time, so I my advice to the owner is to take care of business or they going to loose it , because of the wrong management, en otras palabras bota a tus empleados y trae nuevos que sepan tratar a tu clientela
