Being the only client at that time, I had to wait for the girls to finish talking about their intimacies and then serve me without any intention.

The food wasn't hot the wings with BBQ sauce was horrible and the hogue wasn't made right

I am extremely disappointed with this marcos pizza. We ordered last night from this location and after about an hour, I called to see where our order was. The associate explained that the guy forgot one of the pizzas and had to go back. We waited an additional 45 minutes so I called back again, by this time the delivery guy finally showed up after we had to run his car down telling him to stop because he kept missing our address and passing our house at this point we were beyond frustrated. I 'm on the phone with the Manger explaining our frustration. We didn 't get an apology, here 's a discount for a future order, nothing. All we got and I quote from a manager is WELL AT LEAST YOU GOT YOUR FOOD , we will never order from marcos pizza again, this is beyond unprofessional and if this Manger does not know how to work with customer service she should not be representing this restaurant.

Great service, especially from Carla Cruz. Customer experience was top of my. Very professional. Not only was service fast because of her, the pizza was very well prepared.Customer service like Carla's is very difficult to find these days, and they all ask for tips with their substandard service. Carla refused the tip (nobody does that).Thanks Carla
