Papa John's Pizza - Kissimmee

This review is long overdue, I have placed my order online while I drove completely grounded. Staff there, Raymond helps to repair everything. He made my order right. I was so happy with his service. Thank you.

When I first ordered pizza, I came cold, I called a loan for my order, 2nd time I order my pizza with a dead fly that is cooked on the pizza, I order my pizza. I called and complained, and they gave me credit for this cake. You tell everything you do.

Ordered online and eating was not good at all. ordered two papadias and had to scatter them both after a few bites. the Italian had more bananenpfeffer than meat, four thin slices pfefferoni and a few crumbs. the philly steak had barely bark meat and swirl. the Jalapeno-Poppers were at room temperature and the cheese was hard and chewing. bbq wings had only an evil glob sauce on them. Finally, the large thin pizza was burned and dry. during this time I will consider my payment as donation to a local restaurant. I will never order from this facility again.

This was my second time ordering from this location. My first experience was a pick up and I noticed a gentleman upfront very courteous and cheerful. My pizza was made very well. My second time was delivery and again great experience I feel their pizza is made beefy meaning a lot of product, nice presentation and delicious. The wings were in my opinion really good with lots of sauce. The lady that took my order over the phone very polite: I keep have great experiences so I had to leave this feedback . 3/26/20

Just so everybody know, if you are using papa dough to pay for your order, and are using a coupon (25%, 50% papa john?s will deduct your papa dough from the regular price total and then apply the coupon. I personally think is bad practice, but a way to go around that may be placing to separate orders. I was given a number to call for customer svc and the recording directed me to the website where I had to go on a chat room and spend almost half hour on something that could have taken 3 minutes talking to a person on the phone
