My young daughter and I waited around 15 mins before anyone came to offer us a drink or anything. ( A table that walked in after us was served first) got our drinks after a while then the wait for the food... must have been at least 20 mins for a salad and wings... got the food, awesome! But no cutlery! Are you kidding me? And by the way they were not busy at all!!If your hungry avoid this place!! Bad bad bad! And their debit machine forces you to leave a tip btw! The only tip they should have got was learn to be a server!
Visited at noon hour after it had been snowing all morning. Parking lot was not plowed and was difficult to know where to park - there are obstructions (curbs and planters) that were hidden by the snow. Tried to guess where to park but ended up with one tire up on a curb,Inside greeted and seated promptly and efficiently. Waiter attentive - orders placed - food came - was hot and everyone enjoyed. Now for the "less than perfect" reason. I ordered the lunch "Little Dipper" which is a thin sliced steak on a bun with onions, red peppers and mozza cheese which is meant to be dipped into beef au jus. The au jus did not come when the order came out so I asked for it. Waiter brought a small portion cup (about 1.75 inch diameter) at the top. Not much au jus! And not much use as there was no way I could dip the bun into such a small container. Au jus is not that expensive! I don't know if the owner is trying to save money or if the staff are not smart enough to think that with an offering like a "little dipper" the "little" refers to the portion size and not the size of the container into which the meat and bun s to be dipped.Place was clean, staff pleasant, payment was no issue.
I cannot believe that my companion and I were turned away at this Boston Pizza last night! There were plenty of tables in the dining room, mind you, they had a party of 30 due to arrive so we asked if we could dine in the bar. There were LOTS of empty tables in the bar. The hostess told us there was only one server in the bar and that she "can't let us be seated there". We were totally shocked! I guess they don't need customers at that location. We got in our car and headed to Moose Winooski's but on my way there I called to speak to the manager to express my shock. I spoke with "Kent" who is apparently the owner. He gave me a bunch of excuses as to why this may have happened but when I explained it had JUST happened he offered us a free dessert if we were to come back right away. No chance in hell we will return to that location and we will definitely think twice about visiting any of the BP locations if this is how they treat customers.
Stopped on the way to Kitchener for a quick dinner and was surprised to find a new menu. We both had a different cactus cut potato nachos dish and it was great.Service was fast and efficient as it was not busy on a Wednesday night. We'll have those nachos again :)
I haven't wavered much off their pizza menu. They make great meatetarian pizzas. Lots of sizes and lots to drink to wash it down with.
