Amazing ambiance and the staff was very attentive. Enjoyed our dinner. Will come back for sure!!!!!!

This location particularly does not much options on the menu, especially if you are vegetarian. Try bruschetta it’s tasty. Food is very blend, drinks were okh too. It’s a big place if you planning to throw a party or a gathering of bunch of your buddies. Went there in the middle of the week, during low rush still the service was very slow.

We had had a great experience at a Jack Astor’s in London so came to the one here in KW. Enormous disappointment. Drinks were fine but not food. It took a long time for our order to come, bread orders came not as a starter but with the meal, no noticeable cheese on one and not enough butter, two of the orders were not particularly warm let alone hot, chicken was burnt on one side, and for the money, it wasn’t nearly enough pasta. Pasta…seriously? After that there was no way we were having dessert. The server also didn’t come to the table enough, especially since it wasn’t particularly busy. Overall terrible experience.

This is a casual restaurant with a sports bar vibe. If you're into loud music while eating, this is for you ?. The food was good. I ordered a beer and cheddar soup for starters, which was tasty but not warm enough. I also had, bow pasta with chicken and mushrooms, also tasty, similar taste to the soup.The service is very poor, every time I come here. I don't know why, I keep coming back. You get rushed to pay before finishing your meal. I asked Becky my server, what's the rush, her response was , they are sending her for break. I was going to order coffee and dessert, to finish off my meal but I was turned off by how rushed I felt.At the door, I was greeted by a young lady and I asked a table for one and she asked if I wanted to sit at the bar . I asked her if the tables were full and she said no, she was just asking. If I wanted to sit at the bar, I would have said so. Anyhow, not coming back again and wouldn't recommend this place, I gave it so many chances, every time I get disappointed

I would like to praise Jack Astor's for their exceptional food and outstanding service. It was my first date in Canada, and I was truly impressed by the delicious dishes and charming atmosphere of the restaurant. I highly recommend trying their cheesecake!
