Dutch Bros Coffee - Klamath Falls

I have never complained about a Dutch brothers before and I grew up in Oregon and been drinking Dutch brothers for many years but my last two visits to the Dutch brothers here were not good experiences. The first one started out with my coffee being barely lukewarm. The second one I ordered a white mocha and got a white chocolate mocha and when I told them they got the order wrong. They were kind of pissy about it. Then today I ordered my coffee different. I told him I wanted a mocha made with white coffee I’m not sure what I got, but I know it wasn’t what I ordered. I didn’t bother going back, I just dumped a coffee when I got home. It really bums me out. I love Dutch brothers. I’ve lived in this area for a year now and never had a problem up until the last two weeks.

The workers are always in a good mood, lots of different drinks, but I always get a large double chocolate mocha freeze with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle inside the cup and on the whipped cream, with 4 extra shots of coffee... Awesome!!

I have been a huge DB customer for well over a decade! I have never really had a bad experience with the staff they are always friendly, professional and quick to get you taken care of! I will always choose Dutch Bros!!

Always good drinks and all of the staff are cheerful and upbeat.
