Mcdonald's - Knightdale

This restaurant used to get my order perfect and now no matter what they get at least one thing wrong even if it’s as simple as giving me a straw. This last Time I failed to see how a 10 piece McNugget is apparently a mcChicken. Laziness is all I see.

Last 2 trips there to get breakfast have been terrible. Both times my order was wrong and the last time(4/23/24), I caught it and got a refund. The manager(Esperanza) acted like she didn’t speak English when confronted about the mistakes and did nothing to try and make it right! There is no leadership here! Save the headache and dine elsewhere.

Cold cheese burger and cold french fries. Why serve food you wouldn't want to eat?

Always a bit of a wait for food and the staff seems unhappy. Today it took 15 minutes to get my to go order. Nothing difficult, 2 sausage biscuits and a hash brown. Got home to find out they still managed to get the order wrong and gave me a sausage and cheese biscuit. The cheese tastes weird and is very unappetizing. My fault for not checking I guess.Side note, don't start choking here. Not sure how helpful calling Information will be but that's what they have posted.

All that we want is GOOD FOOD, GOOD SERVICE, CLEAN, reasonable Priced and reasonable speed of service... this McDonald's kept that tradition. OTHER THAN the young woman at the window, she just opened the window shoved out our food at shut the window, I said thank BAM!!! shut the window. No thank you, no have a nice evening, I didn't know that was it or not for our service
