Krystal - Knoxville

Krystal's has always been one of my favorite fastfood establishments... moving back home to Tennessee, I was excited to eat here! The employees were horrible. Food came cold. I can see why Krystal's is closing unfortunately.

This is the 4th time I have been to this Krystal's in the past year when there was only 1 person working from 5pm to close. Waited in drive through to give my order for more than 10 min when not a soul was in line and the dine in was closed. Employee attitude was awful with eye rolling and snarky grins. Then I pay and find out she is the only one working. Well if I would have known that before I paid I would have gone somewhere else. Then waited another 45 minutes for my order. Management here needs to take care of its employees or else they may not have anyone working there soon. There needs to be corporate oversight.

Food amazing cook and great service fast time just great energy by the whole group of workers

I order thru the app and it's always ready and fresh.

Ordered at drive through ,they shorted me 2 burgers and did not put cheese on the ones I ordered them on ,it was slow there even for lunch rush hour now I know why ,will never be going to this location again !!!! and probably not any other locations ,now I know why your in bankruptcy and closing locations, just poor service !!!
