Sam Andy's Fountain City - Knoxville

I've driven past this restaurant countless times and I'm not sure why. My craving for a burger was overwhelming, so my son and I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed, though I regret not stopping in earlier. I had the Garbage Burger while my son opted for the Double Bacon version. Both were huge, perfectly cooked, and completely satisfying, silencing my hunger. The place was impeccably clean, and the staff was attentive at every turn. This might just become my go-to burger spot near home, and I highly recommend you check it out—you'll wonder why you ever drove by!

This is a fantastic local burger place—nothing flashy, just straightforward and delicious. I used to eat on Cumberland Avenue years ago, and I remember the friendly staff and owner well.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the burgers are amazing. My personal favorite is the SEC burger. I always enjoy visiting this place because it’s consistently spotless. They really run a tight operation!

Brought the family for dinner. This is a great neighborhood place. Between us we had a SECburger, a Volburger, spaghetti, and a Cajun chicken sandwich. All the entrees were great, and the cake afterwards was delicious! Not fancy, just good food and a clean restaurant.
