Excellent cuisine, excellent service . I have been visiting the restaurant for many years and can only underline that every visit is worthwhile.

After a long time a visit to the aunt, was a single disappointment. Some of the dishes and drinks on the map were not tangible until the order passed 30 minutes, on the main dish we should wait 90 minutes, the quality was fine, only service and kitchen were completely overwhelmed. The bill told me we were dissatisfied and invited what I refused. I put the money on the table and left the restaurant. The boss ran after me to the parking lot, described how many problems he had with missing personnel and threw my money into my car. This kind of hospitality has not yet happened to me in 50 years. Too bad about the beautiful restaurant run by incapable people.

The restaurant "Zur Tant2 is listed as a gourmet restaurant. And that's right. The quality of food and drinks is outstanding and are looking for the same. It's better to get the guest waiting for a few minutes longer than something is served here that's not 100% ig. 100% fresh, 100% warm, 100% as ordered, 100% perfectly prepared. I can't understand how people complain about the bill. The price/performance ratio is absolutely justified and in addition you do not order blind. I have not seen a menu without prices yet; Conclusion: If you are looking for something upscale and want to enjoy something extraordinary to your palate, you are absolutely right here. And last but not least, the restaurant can have a remarkable wine map and a very experienced sommelier.

The restaurant and its kitchen justify the effort to get to the aunt. It is located outside the Cologne center in Porz-Langel, right on the Rhine bank with a wonderful view upstream and downstream, making meals an optical pleasure. The pleasantly small offer is a mix of Austrian-French-Mediterranean, because the owner is Austrian.

We had chosen a 3 course menu. The food was okay, but no more. And then there's the bill. And it's whipped. From our perspective no longer worth a visit
