Feedback gevenI ordered broadband at the beginning of September (6/9), and am still without Internet and television. The installer did not show up at the agreed time on 14 October, and says a technical error has occurred. I find that it is not taken care of. They don't call, I don't get a new date for installation, and they don't get in touch at the agreed times, and now I'm standing at the back of the queue despite the fact that I took time off work for waiting for someone who never came and doesn't contact you again. Now I sit here; October 21st and still haven't heard or seen anything. Useless and bad
Small competence for several problems, has gone to telenor, instead of as Telia client and received better help there.
If they want to buy a phone, they do it here! pleasantly talented employees and follow them before and after the purchase:

My man had a problem with his brand new phone. we have fallen into the last of a hurry. we are very happy about its service. he was extremely patient while he repaired the phone. that is a very competent and polite employee.
