Sausalitos Koln Hohenzollernring

Cold food, after waiting for 1,5 hours. Food was standing in the kitichen for 30min before serving out. Poor service. No compensation. Left without even touching the food. Staff was rude and not willing to fix their mistake. Giving sausalitos a bad review even though we were always very happy with theit service in other city’s. Get it togheter!!!

The worst service ever!!! My husband ans me were totally ignored by the waitress. We have asked 5 times if we can order. On the end we were asking 10 times for a bill. The food was too salty and the service was very poor. I totally not recommend that restaurant.

Terrible food, expensive. Would not reccomend to eat or drink here. Kitchen was quite bad as well...

The most terrible cocktail I had in my life. Ridiculous expensive food and drinks. Bad quality. Very busy and loud and the whole restaurant smelled like vomit. It is more like a night club and not a place that I would choose again to eat and enjoy my company.

Eating was very mild in taste. that has been glued to the table, as well as the container in which it was located. the drinks have tasted very watery. but finally everything came very quickly to our table. because the restaurant/the cocktail bar is located directly on the carolous rings, many people are there as well as many drink.
