I ordered takeout and received my food without a bowl or any plastic cover. When I asked why, they told me that takeout comes this way. But what if I need to eat and drive when I'm alone? It would be helpful to at least provide some convenience for customers in that situation.

I ordered takeout and when I asked why my food wasn't covered with a lid or plastic wrap, the staff said they only provide takeout containers without covers. This could be inconvenient if I had to drive with the food and eat alone.
