I definitely recommend this hotel to the visitors of Kudowa-Zdrój: great facilities, entertainment options and location, excellent service and cleanliness level, and delicious breakfast selection. It also has great views over the mountains nearby (specially in snowy days). It is not the cheapest option, but overall I think it is worth the price.

Christmas dinner was ruined for the whole family. Our booking was missed but luckily they organised a table or should I say unlucky because it was thrown together in the walkway by the buffet section and was an absolute nightmare With people queueing for food and banging into the table while we sat there. But before then we were rudely told to wait outside because we were 5 minutes early then when we were allowed ito come in there was no body around to show us to our table so we were left wandering around trying to find the table which was highly embarrassing. We were expecting live music, where in fact we were subjected to a broken microphone and it was loud jazz music instead of Christmas songs which kept cutting in and out, they didn’t serve any food individually and the food was shocking for a Christmas dinner costing £60 per head, it was tasteless and like a cattle market trying to get your food which was of a very poor quality, it was appalling so we all left after 40 min hungry and feeling robbed to pay 1800 zloty for 6 people then to be told that we owe extra 40 zloty for three cokes for our children. I tried to raise this with the manager at the time but nobody was interested and we were left just waiting. Avoid this place at all cost

Got 55 minutes of massage today from very competent and friendly woman. 5 stars from me :

Clean but very cold pool area. Both hot tubs sub-body temperature. Annoyingly once in, Its even harder/colder to leave. If you like warm water look elsewhere

It's quite a nice hotel but for the steep price we were expecting far more. Location: it has a very good location with just 5 minute walk to Park Zdrojowy. Unfortunately just in front of the hotel there are couple of old residential buildings from which we could hear loud music in our room even past 10pm if you can ask for a room overlooking courtyard. Food: food quality was very good but there wasn't enough options to choose from and couple times we didn't find anything we like. Sauna: while hotel has two saunas they feel way under 4 star standard. For example, there was no water dispenser and you had to carry your own drinks for sauna. The wet sauna was way too cold for me (there was no thermometer so I can't put precise number). Service: hotel service turned out to be unprofessional and badly affected our overall stay.
