Tengaiten (kumamoto Station)

Honestly, this raven is probably one of the best in my life. The taste and ascent is very strong and I add even more garlic. Ramen really depends on your own favor. You think it tastes good, doesn't mean that. But if you like strong favor, you strongly recommend this!

They have tonkotsu (the one we had) and spice toncotsu. The quality of the chashu is ineffective, it literally melts in the mouth before you bite!!! The broth is tasty and light compared to other toncotsu and the noodles were firm and thin as I like it. You have another restaurant in the city not far from the castle grounds, but this is so good. Ramen extra chashu kaedama ¥1200. If I were to eat here every day.

Liebt the gebraten Knoblauch auf the Tonkotsu-Ramen. Best in Kumamoto

It is a really good place for heavy flavors. It always has to wait. But usually not too long -20mins.

One of the best regional ramen with heaps of garlic. If you don't have time to travel to the main branch, this is the best bet.
