B At Bay Multi Cuisine By Chef Ramu Butler

B at Bay is a beautiful contemporary restaurant owned by Chef Ramu Butler. One can see all the details have been put in with lots of passion and experience in creating the restaurant’s crisp, modern concept – the ambience, the edgy lighting, the cutlery, the menu and the training of the restaurant chef. I am sure this 50-seater restaurant will not be enough when the serviced apartments fill up soon. Even when I was there, I could see almost half the restaurant is full every evening and most people came by word of mouth. The menu features a selection of popular dishes from across the globe. And of course, Kerala food is a big shout in this restaurant.

We stayed with Family in KentBaywatch for 3 nights and used this restaurant for food. Restaurant itself is neat , clean and hygienic with wonderful ambience. Courtesy and hospitality of entire staff and owner is commendable. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. 5 star deserving restaurant.

This is a hidden gem at Edakochi, about 20 minutes from Cochin. The restaurant itself is attached to a 4 star plus rental apartment suites 'Kent Baywatch '. I tried biriyani and to be honest I was at Calicut prior to visiting here and this biriyani beats them all.. Chicken fry is another superb dish.. The manager Antony is always willing to help and suggest dishes.. The chef Vairam is brilliant. I believe the recipe itself is Chef Ramu Butler 's secret recipe.. Will be back again for this..

The ambience and food quality are too good. The theme itself is based on cars and so u can find the antique miniature models add more of a rustic feeling..calm serene restaurant with a class of hospitality.. Food tastes brilliant especially Vairams biriyani and beef steaks, which was juicy and only melts in the mouth that was so tender. The food is of choice and how you prefer it. Served drinks.
