Points for: tasty food!Dine Time: lunch dinner<br/ <br/ I'll be honest I'm that guy that orders butter chicken and garlic naan. It's like going to a Chinese restaurant and ordering sweet and sour pork.<br/ <br/ Bikanerwala does butter chicken really well it's slightly sweet, smokey from the tandoori chicken, with a background heat. <br/ <br/ The garlic naan is hot, fresh and soft, with a bit of garlic oil brushed on.<br/ <br/ Of course I've had other dishes like the chicken/lamb biryani (which is a massive serving), and palak paneer, which are both really tasty as well.<br/ <br/ When I come into a place like this, I don't expect 5 star service or cleanliness, it's just one of those casual style restaurants, but it's a place I'll always be satisfied with.
Love this place, personal favourite due to the non veg thali deal and the laid back atmosphere. Got through most of my schooling days with the value for money meal. Miss the free papadams though.
Excellent value and very tasty Indian food. Non-veg Thali is a good work lunch with colleagues. Friendly staff.
The finest Indian food and sweets in Melbourne. Excellent achievement to the staff and management. Curry is the finest in Melbourne. Great Chefs.
