Feedback gevenI actually love starbucks and cone almost daily, but, you HAVE to do something about the set up of your drive thru. People allow large gaps between cars waiting, despite seeing the hold up on the actual road (with traffic being stopped). Then on top of that, you have people trying to leave the carport with all the drive thru cars blocking them. The planning of this set up is extremely poor. Service: Take out
It's such a letdown to see poor customer service from such a worldwide brand like Starbucks. Me and my friends came in around 2:30 pm today (27/11/2023). We got served by an Asian guy, he didn't have his name badge on but I believe he was the only male staff around that shift. Then, the hour we went in, the store was quiet. I'm not sure what's going on with his day, but we're indeed a bit slow and tired today, so we took a little bit more time to order. Therefore, speaking of professionalism in customer service, he shows his irritating attitude and sighs visibly at his customers. I believe those aren't the values that our Starbucks Team heading for, aren't you? As a retail staff myself, I know undoubtedly making customers feel uncomfortable and not welcoming aren't parts of the service that they deserve and pay for. As in then, while waiting for our drinks, I was upset because seeing not just me but also, my close friends being treated like that, so I purposely chatted with my friends that I was going to complain about this issue on Google but I wasn't about to, as I said I was just upset that time. Subsequently, when our drinks were finally made, he gave us a provoking look while passing the drinks to us, which further demonstrates that he is unapologetic about his actions and the inadequacy of the new staff training system. Besides, I am one of the regulars there and it was my first time seeing him working at the Starbucks Maidstone. From those I and my friends experienced, we don't think it's completely his fault, but it should also be part of the HR Team's responsibility. Hopefully from this honest review, me and my friends can receive a pertinent and worthy response from you.
I always come to this Starbucks I have never left with a burnt coffee it’s always super smooth, they’re so professional and friendly! Couldn’t recommend this specific store more. I’m unsure of this baristas name but they’re outstanding Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I ordered a frappe and brought my own cup. My drink was made and put into a plastic cup (not sure why considering I brought my own). No one called out my name until a barista was asking everyone who’s owns a cup (which was mine). He then rudely said I’ve been calling out your name (he hasn’t in fact my partner and I were seated right next to the drink pick up station). He then gets the drink which has been sitting at the pick up station for at least 10/15 mins and pours it in my own cup. I had a look at the “frappe” and it was liquidy and completely melted on top of that it was just foamy. I asked to have it remade and the barista refused to remake it because it was “my fault” that my drink melted and on top of that he said that because I got the extra shot in my drink that melted it in the first place? So apparently if you get the extra shot it just liquifies your entire drink? I get a frappe often and always order an extra shot and it doesn’t look that horrendous. I’m a regular at Starbucks and was extremely disappointed with the rude service..
