Tranquility is plenty! The history is just… 1890 onward is etched all around the lounges and dining halls. A great little cozy restaurant in the Green Lantern Inn Hotel. Definitely worth the stop at this historic hotel. The oxtail is a must it’s tender and fall off the bone and the sauce is to die for, and the Natal curry is cooked with fresh ginger and coconut milk giving it a rich a delicious flavor. Stop and get a travelers breakfast on your way up to Joburg or down to Natal.

A fantastic pub, really a brilliant place to visit.

Absolute gem of a place I highly recommend paying this place a visit if you on the way to KZN nice and quaint and cozy in winter with a very interesting bar....

Food was below par. Had bangers and mash which had obviously come out of the microwave. Sausages were dry and the mash was lumpy
