Best shading ice on earth!! I don't know where you ate it, but this is the best!!! Ice so soft and it never falls, even I dig it to almost end, worth every yen. You must try when you visit Kyoto!!!

We called and they tell us it was 4 hours waiting time. At any rate we came pickup and registration on the system, and we walk around and wait until stayed 20 min. The kakigori is one of the best I try and the shop with a retro style is cool.

The Tea and Sake room Tasuki is located in the pass of the Baton Gion, a recycling shop in a renovated 120-year-old wooden Machiya town house, which carefully cures the second hand used goods and highlights local designers. The café has a beautiful view of the scenic Gion Shirakawa Dori and the modern interior, designed by Wonderwall, holds qualities of the old Machiya. There are two flavors of kakigori (shaved ice), which changes seasonal, a selection of beautiful wagashi and other Japanese desserts. We have the great source Sakura-mochi kakigori and the yomogi-fu you get to cook. You also have a few cocktails for the evening.

Located in the lovely Pass the Baton shop. Delicious shaved ice-cream but really try to get a window seat which offers a lovely view.
