The white wine paired with each dish was excellent. The discussion about smoking was also informative. I am looking forward to trying a lightly smoked carpaccio with sweet sea bream during the season.

I visited this restaurant with my tennis circle friends for a dinner at the end of June. We all love oysters and they did not disappoint - they were delicious! Starting with the recommended menu items, everything was incredibly tasty. Personally, I especially enjoyed the eel in garlic oil. And of course, we couldn't leave out the blackthroat seaperch - it pairs perfectly with white wine. I definitely want to go back again!

I was lured in by the scent of garlic... White wine, fresh oysters, soup, and paella... It was really delicious! When I come back to Kyoto, I will definitely come here. Thank you for the wonderful meal.
