Very dirty service area, everything to pick up, we did not go at rush hour, it was a normal hour and the outside tables full of bottles, food. In the windows there were also remains of dishes from people who want to sit down and have to move what was from the previous table. Maximum dirt, and the saleswomen were not serving people but they were not going out to clean the tables either. Garbage full. What a disgusting place. You couldn't sit down to eat because it was all to be removed, also full of wasps due to the amount of food to be collected. In the park there are also full of wasps. On top of that, they did not have the dataphone and it had to be in cash. A Nestlé watermelon ice cream that is cheap everywhere, there it cost us €3!! The only thing that stands out for good is that they have Spanish products inside, from the land to buy. Repsol gas station next door. Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Very expensive, dirty and little friendliness... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I don 't value the food because I think it 's the first restaurant I 've left without consuming anything and I won 't return to it due to the attitude of a waiter. I stopped today around 12:45. There was a young waitress that I have nothing to say about. And then there was a waiter who must be in his fifties (hard age to lose a job) who was at the end of the bar. Since that area was empty, I went there. This gentleman was removing plates and cups to put them to wash. I have started to wait patiently, willing to wait for it to end. Logically I expected him to tell me to wait a bit while he removed the cups. He hasn 't said anything to me, as if I didn 't exist. After a while I asked him, without demands or a bad face, if he asked him or his partner. Since he hadn 't told me anything, I didn 't know if he was serving or not. His answer, in a bad way, has been yes, when it 's his turn. There was nobody else there, in that area, so it was supposed to be my turn. Despite that, I thought that I would not have a good day and that I would have wanted to say that when I finished removing that. He has finished with those plates and cups and has gone to the other area of the bar and has returned with some more plates. I have kept patiently waiting for him to ask me what I wanted. But not. He went back to the other side and his partner must have said something to him and he came back grumbling and saying: Well, don 't stop. If you 're in a hurry, go ahead and don 't stop. He wasn 't going for me because I was still waiting without saying anything. But that lack of respect for the client has been the straw that broke the camel 's back. They have kept from me what I have thrown out when urinating before going to the bar. And they have been lucky because they had refueled at the gas station before entering. If it had been the other way around, I had enough gasoline to get to another gas station. You can be sure that I will never again stop at the La Hacienda cafeteria at kilometer 173 of the A6 towards Madrid. If I were the owner I would think long before keeping a waiter like that. I can 't say anything bad or good about the rest, because I haven 't enjoyed it or suffered.
