North Shore Burgers - La Canada

I had half of the Cobb salad and the appetizers, which included fried calamari, onion rings, and sweet potato fries. The salad was excellent, and the appetizers were incredible.

The kids arrived at the cinema and were craving a beer, and what could be better than a burger? The menu was unique, yet incredibly tasty.

The food at this restaurant is quite good. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. On multiple occasions, I experienced delays in being served, and it wasn’t the same person each time. Once, I was there to place a takeout order and ended up waiting 20 minutes before they informed me that they would assist me shortly. I ended up leaving. That said, the hamburgers are delicious, and their salad options are also very good.

Amazing staff! Jackie's wonderful. Like the gentlemen who sat and checked us. Very friendly, intelligent and nursing staff. This is a simple burger connection with an extensive menu with more than just burgers. We have the Duke Burger and Sunset beach; both were great! The recipes are simple and straight forward and delicious! Outside terrace that has room heating and dog is friendly. Also in the interior. All employees masked! Recommend the sweet potatories! Many parking spaces in the area. Enjoy! Edit: Unfortunately, we need to drop our rating of five stars based on the service and repeated errors. The staff was a little curt, and generally not too friendly. In addition, we have problems where they repeatedly leave our ranch from our order; or insist that it is not included with the court if the menu expressly declares otherwise. Other times, we have to go orders, went to pick up, confirmed the ranch of sauce placed in our order, only to find it was not; force us to go back to get the sauce for our meal. Too bad. The burgers were never a bit to blow, but it was close, and generally comfortable. With the repeated (4-6x consecutive) errors to leave items, and the total service drops; we will probably find another way to Low Key Burger Spot.

Have been here twice. Had the Volcano bacon wrapped hot dog with their coleslaw and the Ortega Burger with a side of their chili. All very, very good. Call it Hawaiian influenced rather than Hawaiian food. Still worth the trip! Their Angus beef is excellent as is their Chili.
