Apothik Eatery Food Truck - La Crosse

Just when I think I’ve settled on a favorite menu item, they hit it outta the park with another one. Not your average food truck every dish is an adventure and always find myself liking things I never thought I would like. Well done, friends!! Food: 5/5

We visited this place back in March, and we had some amazing food in a great atmosphere, hence the 5 star rating. Since then however, wanting to repeat the experience, we made plans and attempted to go there for dinner on five different occasions, only to find it closed every single time. Yes, we checked the posted schedule on their FB page, but it's obviously wrong.I don't know if they went out of business, or just have different hours, but either way it's very frustrating especially since we had a great experience the first time. It's not that hard to update a FB page with accurate information.

One of my favorite places in LaCrosse. The ramen, burgers, fries, kimchi and pot roast options are all absolutely amazing. I eat here 1x week I the winter when I need warm food. It's a LaCrosse treasure!Only notes are that parking is usually a pain and the bar has a limited liquor selection (mid to high end only, no rum n cokes here)

A really cute spot, good service, and the BEST food for vegetarians. The veggie birria tacos were so good, and I tried my sisters ramen. I'll be going back for a full thing of the ramen. There aren't a lot of places with unique food in the area (especially for vegetarians), so I'm excited about this spot. My cocktail was also really good.Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian options that aren't just another overpriced beyond burger.

Visited around New Years. Stopped in for lunch, not really knowing what to expect. Once we looked at the menu and the server telling us the specials, we knew we were in the right place, hopefully the kitchen could deliver. They did,we liked the place so much we visited 2 more times in our 3 day stay. This is also what I'd consider to be a mixology bar with drinks made by a great mixologist named Devin (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) she passionate about the quality of the drinks she serves. Can wait to visit the LaCrosse area again and the Apothik.
