Trader Joe's - La Habra

Food is great as always. Stars is for the small space and a shared 1 restroom. It's not actually bad to have a shared room but would be sanitary and nice to have 2 stools, 1 for men and 1 for woman. Kids also use the restroom and the toilet gets sooo dirty in the afternoon.

I've only been to Trader Joe's twice and this one was pretty nice

I know why I stopped going to trader Joe's as often, great products but not the best place for introverts during the busy periods.

Cashier Amanda was above and beyond helping us. A frozen food item was out of stock, Amanda, get into the back counter to find out when it will probably get restocked, so we can call to check and not hanging there!! Love it!!

The watermelon selection looked sad today. Nearby Walmart and Target are cheaper, too, anyway.However, I did not know you could split payments here! I used a debit and was able to pay off the rest with a credit card. Useful, and it wasn't a hassle.I tried the vegan chicken-less mandarin orange morsels, and I'm in love. I knew I wasn't crazy when I stored some of the sauce away for later. It's neat that it's separate, so you get to control the sauciness. Although, the nuggets are pretty tasty by themselves and have the texture and flavor profile of something between a fried tofu and popcorn chicken.The beefless Korean 불고기 is probably my current favorite, although it tastes definitely more like 갈비. It has the right amount of sweetness, and the portion size is reasonable. I kind of wish they had a favorites/bestsellers' corner or some sort of label for customers to locate the more popular items easier.I do have to say their vegan chocolate chip cookies are very bland, and I remember them tasting so much better like a decade ago. I feel like their bakery section could have a better selection like asiago/jalapeño cheese bagels.
