This is a follow up to a complaint made 03/24/22 regarding order ID 907542. The store manager Valencia reached out to me immediately the following day. And then she just listened, she actually heard me. She gave me her cell number and told me that she would replace the order for me. Today I texted her and let her know we were coming and when we arrivrd' she DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! She was very professional, and interactive with her team. The order was correct and delicious!!! THANK YOU VALENCIA. I cant post pics we ate every bite!!! ps note to corporate quit putting so much emphasis on timed drive thru orders. All youre doing is guaranteeing mistakes. WE CAN WAIT FOR WHAT WE WANT.

I drive out of my way to come here! Best service in Galveston county! Mike is the best! Always polite and fast! Very respectful! Love this Jack and the box!
