Chipotle Mexican Grill - La Mesa

All about this visit today splash cheapotle and a bowl that was empty. unless something happened, reis seemed difficult to ask, and the blades were flat on the spoon when given. you could feel that they were at the serving chinsy, did not feel it today, and no retention only a reward can!!!! more transparence about it utensilien also kaliforniens new, we do not give them eating utensilien law is stupid and chipotle is a place that it does not without utensili relocation of the utensilien must now be translated more with this new law!

Excellent customer service and the food can't complain met my expectations will definitelycome back . They looked like they were short on staff , but still managed to service you with a smile and respect . The food was fresh and warm when served.

This place took long to get food. 1hr wait due to only 1 person taking dine in orders. While they had 3 other people doing phone orders and take out. For sure the last time I will ever come to this place.

Very disappointed with pick up time. When order should have been ready I was told 5 min. Needed to cook more meat. They seemed to have enough staff, but very disorganized. At one point there were 10 people waiting for orders. 1/2 hr later my order was finally ready. Food was wonderful as usual.

I stopped by the La Mesa location for the 1st,time I noticed right away how clean the outside was as I am driving up. The lobby area was clean, food looked fresh and plenty was available. The staff very friendly. The downfall to my experience was the cook had a mask on but was down to his chin I was thinking what’s the point in wearing it if you don’t have it on all the way. Then I thought well maybe he needed a breather it can be hot back there in the kitchen but nope his mask remained down the entire time I was there ordering. Oh don’t order the guacamole not worth the over priced $3. I think this location isn’t too bad I’ll definitely come back once in a while but I am giving 4 star for excellent customer service
