Great cakes here. They really know what they are doing. Got the red velvet and the strawberry cream Bundt cakes. Both were very tasty.
This location has always gotten our orders done correctly and timely! The online order experience is a great option when you are on the go because you can place orders ahead of time. The day our order was ready for pick up last Saturday at 3:40 p.m. my husband forgot to pick it up. Thank goodness they picked up their phone a little after closing and told us they would be there for another 20 minutes and that we could pick up our two dozen of bundtlets. A big shoutout to the team members that were working a little after closing time and for allowing my husband to pick up our order after hours- you're team was definitely clutch because I don't know what I would have done without our Christmas desserts. I highly recommend ordering their bundtlets in the dozens because you get them at a discounted price. This season, they had their peppermint chocolate and snickerdoodle flavors! Confetti, and red velvet will always be my two favorite ones. Thanks again to the Nothing Bundt Cakes' team, we will definitely be continuing to come back!
Delicious cakes here! We ordered the Pumpkin spice for Thanksgiving. It was moist and delicious. We usually get the small individual bundts. It was our first time getting a whole 10 inch, but we noticed the cream cheese frosting seemed a bit much. I am usually one for their frosting but this one seemed to be on extra thick. Not sure if this is the norm? Elaine was very sweet and helpful with my order and we will come again.
It was my first time here tonight. I was getting something for my son's bday. Before I came I called and spoke to a really nice gentleman over the phone to get an idea on what is available. When I walked in I was not greeted by the lady behind the counter. No big deal so I said hello and placed my order for the birthday bundle.I didn't notice that they had lemon flavor that my son might like so I requested to switch one of the cakes. The lady made it obvious that she got irritated and annoyed and stated : well it's too late you can't change it and I was like can you just check please and then again she resisted and said I can hear the cellophane she's wrapping it already. Again I said can you just go to the back please. In my mind I was thinking the time that you are arguing with me you could have already gone to the back to change it. She agreed to ask with a deep sigh of irritation and annoyance again not hiding her feelings. I apologized many time for the inconvenience and she really didn't care. This lady's name is Maria. Now the lady who was wrapping was really nice when she came out to hand me the package. Maria needs to learn good customer service and not to argue with customers. And when customer apologizes she should at least acknowledge kindly. With this being said not sure I want to come back and deal with Maria again it's not worth my money.
