This place is mostly frequented by locals so go and enjoy while that’s still true and it doesn’t get destroyed by throngs of tourists. Honest, lovely service, great food, very good prices.

Very good family pizza. This small family cafe is located in a lilltle street a little bit far from city centre, but worth trying

We tried both members of Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana in lacco Ameno and, whilst indicated as restaurant, we've got the impression that it's mainly a take away. Staff is very kind, tablecloth and napkins are in real tissue, if you are on a budget you can have here a decent pizza.

We came to this pizzeria at 7pm after a day at the thermal spas. They had only just opened but quickly set up a table outside for us (at our request) and the pizza was some of the tastiest I've ever had! I love buffalo mozzarella and so got Pizza DOC and it did not disappoint. I would definitely come back.

Ok, this is not really a restaurant, but more of a take away place and a pub for locals, but the hard working family who runs it creates the whole atmosphere about it. The charming old couple and their kids are making pizzas in front of you, on a thin dough. The menu is in Italian, and the variety is quite big for such a small place, so unless you have a basic knowledge of Italian, use a dictionary or take a wild guess and pick any pizza all we tried were yummy! It doesn't take long till the pizzas are ready, but we really enjoyed the wait inside looking at how skillfully the pizzas were being prepared, watching local very picturesque TV shows, etc. In this place you will definitely not feel like a tourist! :
