Burger King - Lafayette

Ordered two royal crispy chicken sandwiches meal for almost $20was I got a huh nothing crispy about it) with mayonnaise and a disc tomaten, definitiw not what I ordered! I found out when I went home to eat, called and was told to call back later after lunch. to whom I spoke to the manager, only to be suspended! avoid this burger king location to all praise!

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Yesterday and today girl working the morning shift was so rude. Yesterday went thru drive thru and she was just awful. So today decided to order on the app and still had same girl be so rude. Avoid this place in the am because apparently they aren't going to handle this

If I could give zero stars, I would. this place of business has been opened for some time and still does not know how to treat its customers. I went last week and there was a sign above the intercom that it was broken. I moved to the drive-dru window and a heavy set black girl said I had to reciprocate and order. I am as if there is a sign above the intercom that is difficult to understand because it said broken. I went after wendys in carencro. I think it's time that they get new employees and better administration so that burger king under what they say they offer.

It's a shame they ignore people at the order window to fake they're times it's quicker to open your own business than to wait in line here

Last time missing item orders, tonight dirty towel / napkin in bag instead of napkins. Even the photos don't make it just how disgusting it was.
