The quality of the food was disappointing, and the cleanliness and upkeep of the establishment could use significant improvement.

I'm not sure if this is the norm for the staff here, but they seemed more preoccupied with their cash registers and didn't acknowledge our greetings. We waited over five minutes before anyone even noticed our presence. As for the food, it wasn't the best I've had.

I was quite disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered the chicken pie, but it contained very little chicken and was mostly filled with potatoes or something similar. I had high expectations because there's another location near my workplace that serves excellent food. Sadly, this visit did not live up to those standards. It was my worst experience at any Chicken Republic.

I have had quite a frustrating experience with Chicken Republic. Every time I place an order, I can’t help but feel anxious about potential issues. They often forget to include cutlery, and there have been multiple occasions when my rice and beans sauce was left out—it's almost comical at this point! My most recent order through Jumia Food was particularly irritating. I wanted to give them another shot, but the menu was poorly organized, and instead of the Jollof rice I ordered, I received fries—how absurd! I’ve rated them 2 stars for the times they haven’t disappointed me and for their reasonable prices. They really need to invest in better training for their staff, as they often seem confused.
