Burger King - Laguna Niguel

7pm, no crowd, it took 30 mins to receive one impossible burger. No one spoke english when i asked for extra ..

This restaurant is not very busy and we should have noticed that but we ordered anyway. The service was terrible. We had to shout for someone to cone from behind. It took a long time for the order and it was made wrong. The order tasted bad because the oil they used was old. You may get sick eating here.

This Burger King is a haven on a hot summer day. Inside one of the best Walmarts in California, it’s a real retreat. The people working here are sweet. The food is good.

I have to change my earlier review. New manager at the store, the new Manager is Joel. What a difference! Clean, quick, and good customer service. Like a new place! Good work Joel. I just wanted to say thanks for doing things right.
