They are also open to replace the tofu for more veggies I appreciate very much. my son also loves her soy sauce flavored fried rice. he thinks it's the best he ever had spiced about the soy sauce. he has tried a lot of Asian and not Asian fried rice. they mention that they have a few more vegan options in the future. we look forward to this with great enthusiasm. good service. will inform them about the increase in their vegan part, as we eat more mass, because our food is less calorie dense.
The highlight dessert is vegan-friendly and they serve the best vegetarian/vegan pho we have ever had, even compared to restaurants in Westminster and Garden Grove. This praise comes from a Vietnamese vegan who used to make great pho before going vegan. We had almost given up hope on finding good vegetarian pho until we tried theirs, which is exceptional. They are willing to swap tofu for more vegetables, which I appreciate. My son loves their soy sauce fried rice and thinks it's the best he's ever had, even after trying many others. They have mentioned that they will introduce more vegan options in the future, which we are eagerly anticipating. The service is good, and we may suggest they increase their vegan portion sizes since we eat more to compensate for the lower calorie density of vegan food.
The food is delicious, but after the restaurant underwent two conversions, it has become somewhat expensive.
The vegan options at Signature Dessert are top-notch, especially their Vegetarian/Vegan Pho, which is the best we've ever had, beating out places in Westminster and Garden Grove. As a Vietnamese vegan, I used to make great Pho myself, but theirs truly takes the cake. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of their vegetarian Pho, and we appreciate that they are willing to swap tofu for additional veggies. My son particularly enjoys their soy sauce flavored fried rice, which he says is the best he's ever had, whether Asian or not. We're excited to hear that they will be adding more vegan options in the future and look forward to trying them. The service is good, and we will let them know that we appreciate the increase in vegan offerings, as we tend to eat more when our food is less calorie-dense.
The food is delicious, but prices have increased since the restaurant underwent renovations.
