I saw a sign that said "under new management" and thought it would be a quick, easy, and painless experience. Perhaps the good reviews were due to someone else helping out. I arrived around 1:55pm today, 3/14/2022. When I walked in, I noticed a man making a sandwich. He didn't acknowledge me or say hello. I waited...and waited...but he still didn't say anything, even though he had seen me. He continued making the sandwich, presumably for an Uber Eats order or someone who hadn't arrived yet. I kept browsing the menu while waiting for him to finish. When he finally finished, I expected him to greet me or ask how he could help. However, he remained silent. He glanced at me and then pushed a cart to the back of the restaurant. After about a minute, he came out again and walked past me without saying anything. It had been about 5 minutes of waiting without even a simple hello. Finally, he looked up at me and just stared, saying nothing. I work at Rolex and understand that we all have bad days, as I am usually the one behind the counter. However, regardless of the circumstances, I always greet customers and let them know someone will be with them shortly if I can't assist right away. I know I wasn't at a luxury establishment like Rolex, but basic customer service was completely lacking at this restaurant today. It was a disaster. I wonder if the new management has witnessed this kind of behavior from their staff before. I believe it is necessary to have a conversation with this employee about the importance of basic customer service.
We love sharing the Subway experience - it's made-to-order and conveniently located near our home. It's fast food that's actually healthy!
The curbside service at my neighborhood Subway is fantastic.
The location is fantastic and I have never had a bad experience with the service here. The staff are always consistent and polite. Parking can be a bit challenging due to the layout, but the excellent service makes it worth the visit. It is my go-to location thanks to the great service, and I visit Subway at least twice a month.
