Feedback gevenWe ordered some frys , sour cream and somethig else at the drive through, but first we talk with a lady who was not speaking english, and finaly they gave us frys with tomato juice not mayonaise or sour cream as i asked. low english problably
Looking at the reviews McDonalds obviously dont care. 2 out of 3 things we ordered were wrong. There was no bacon in the McCountry and the chicken wrap had fried chicken instead of grilled chicken. I got given cold bacon to add but really couldnt be bothered to go back and ask for the wrap to be changed. Americans are big of customer service but there is no chance of that in McDonalds restaurants anymore. You are faced with a screen to make your order. A non user friendly screen with no obvious way to select more 2 ketchup if you want it. Having done all the work of the order taker, even making my own payment, you think it should be reasonable priced but it isnt or it would free up staff to clean the tables, it doesnt. McDonalds is generally tolerable but Lainate is badly managed and staffed and its clear McDonalds never checks up on its brand. Coffee was actually ok.
Walked in, used the touch screen, sat down and got my food. Super convenient. The food is McDs like anywhere in the world but had a few items from the 1 Euro menu including a burger with Jalapeños. Not bad at all.
Young place, good stuff. Clean, organised and good localisation. The yogurt with chocolate sauce is amazing. I recommend this place.
I ordered a gluten free burger very excited as i cant get these in England) the first arrived and it was a pale in colour. I opened the burger and it was completely cold! Took it back and a second one was ordered. Came out slightly warmer but still completely cold in the middle. So i asked for a third and 20 mins later it never arrived. When i asked for it was just offered my money back. So didnt not get my burger in the end. Terrible service
