Mcdonald's - Lake City

Was on a long road trip with my family. We went in to get ice for our reusable cups. The manager immediately thought we was going to steal soda! We had drinks in the car! All we wanted was ice! They was rude for no reason at all. I know this comment is not going to matter but just wanted to warn y'all! Don't expect pleasant people!

Ordered a $52 meal for 3 and you forgot to put in half the order telling me everything was there. 2 Double Quarter Pounder meals, 40 nuggets, 2 cheeseburgers. The fries were there, the nuggets were there, the cheeseburgers were there... the $22 worth of 2 double Quarter pounder sandiches were not there. Called back immediately after I got home but nobody picked up the phone 1.5 hours before you even closed. Called corporate and gave full details of the store's address and order contents since calling for a refund is too difficult for your employees.

The food is terrible or you get the wrong order. You may get 1 person that acts like they don’t hate their life and/or job. Almost always your order is gonna be wrong. Just go to Burger

This was ridiculous. These new bagel sandwiches cost too much to be this slack. One tiny piece of bacon. Do better McDonalds!
