I have bought hearing devices and must say that the professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional. so good if not better than to visit audibs that double the amount. I would recommend costco for everyone with hearing loss. good the $60 per year membership.

As always shopping here. it was very busy today and it was great that friendly staff at this costco helped customers by scanning their articles before they get into the cash register. it helps to speed everything up.

This Costcos customer service was so terrible. I was embarrassed for her. the kind of people and caregivers who work there are not the ones they want to work for them! they do not go out of the way and think outside the box is not something they know. they are rude and they try to cut you for a food card. as if it is among them. what is wrong with one?
