Pieology Lake Elsinore

I love this Pieology, it's super clean and the staff is so polite. They make the best pizzas. We always order the build your own. Plus they offer military discount, not enough stores or restaurants offer that anymore.

The Food that was delivered by my driver from Grubhub tasted great! Looked good and was warm as well however,this review isn't about Grubhub or the preparation it's about how they didn't give the correct order to my driver despite him calling me to tell me they were out of one of the cookies!! I told him any substitution was fine since they only had macadamia and one other option left .When he got her he was super nice and I said thanks for the call !! However when I got the order in the house and opened the bag, I was missing one of my cookies. This is how I look at it. The driver is only the conduit to deliver my food. It is the responsibility of the restaurant to deliver to the driver, the proper order, and or credit me for something that they may be out of. On top of that misstep , the order was late. Again, not my delivery drivers fault!! He was there on time this was Pieology's fault.Since I ordered the food via Grubhub I cannot speak to the ambiance of the location. If this issue is resolved I will happily update my review .

This has to be the worst pizza I've ever had including little Cesar's and dominoes it was burnt with a sad scattering of pepperoni it was delivered and cold on arrival such a waste of money

The last two times that I have been there the new way of them, spreading the dough out to put it in a large pan of cornmeal flip it over, pressure down into the cornmeal over and over until the bottom crust is only cornmeal terrible texture, I missed the old pizza press that didn’t do this to the

Daniel and Debrea at Pieology provided excellent customer service and consistently produced high-quality product with each pizza they made. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made for a pleasant dining experience. They were AWESOME!
