Starbucks - Lake Forest

One of my favorite places to visit... Often, very often. The staff here are amazing. There have only been a few times where I've had an issue with someone accidentally taking my order instead of their own or my drink wasn't ready after placing my mobile order. They have bent over backwards to help me as quickly as possible every time. I always leave with a smile my favorite coffee perfectly made. ????

The location is clean, kept well, and the staff is very nice! As far as the coffee itself, it upholds to the Starbucks standard. You know if you know.

Great service, clean everything and a hospitality that one rarely even gets from their own family. Truly a nice place to relax, work or conduct business.

Never got my drink. Refunded. I can understand being swamped, bit at least do orders in the order they come in. 3 other walk in orders left before me and I waited almost half an hour. Sandwich was great though, staff was kind. But c'mon...
