The Lakeview Grille - LAKE GENEVA

A small hotel that has recently been renovated, but it falls short in many areas for its brand. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at the coffee bar in the lobby. However, the rooms near the pool are excessively noisy, and the poolside music often continues long after the pool closes. There's no room service, and the restaurant doesn't open until 4 p.m. The gift shop is rather limited in offerings. On a positive note, the outdoor fire area is lovely, and the floors are beautiful. The TV in the room lacks a guide to show what’s on; instead, there’s just a paper list of channels, despite a guide button on the remote. The Wi-Fi works well, but I’m not sure I’ll return.

When booking a dog and family friendly resort the pictures are often deceiving! However in the case of the Ridge Hotel, the pictures I saw didn’t do it justice! It’s a place that would be great for a couples romantic getaway as well. The grounds are beautiful and the public areas nicely appointed. Our deluxe double patio room was perfect for my 7 yr old nephew, 9 yr old niece, their mom, myself and my French Bulldog. The pool bar was fun and family friendly. The room was clean and the staff very accommodating! Love that it’s a short drive to the Riviera beach and town.

Me and my wife recently had an opportunity to stay at the ridge. We had a chance to get away for a night let me tell you it was a great choice. The rooms were very sleek and modern. Had a homey feel, very clean and very friendly front desk attendant take made us feel so welcome. We chose to eat in crafted Italiana the local restaurant in the hotel and we enjoyed every second of it. Of the amazingly friendly bartender and he was very hospitable and just overall made sure that we were having a great time. She was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Spent a little time in the pool relaxing, then had a great night's rest. Would absolutely recommend anyone be coming into this area if you don't feel like being stuck in the busyness of Lake Geneva but still want all the amenities that you would find in any of the other resorts the ridge is a great choice for you or for your family.

The Ridge Hotel was a great place to house all of our family over Easter weekend. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We ate at Crafted and the food was well prepared and the wait staff was friendly and took care of all of us. Special shout out to Chris, Jesse, Tim and Jasmine and thanks to everyone for caring about our amazing family weekend

A few nights after New Year's, I stayed here to unwind, and it was the perfect choice. The room was beautiful, and the large pool area, complete with a steam bath and whirlpool, was fantastic. I had dinner at the restaurant; it was a bit pricey, but definitely worth the money. I had visited this place several times when it was under a different name, and I must say it's been very nicely updated.
