Now, let’s talk about the staff. The ladies at Nelda's are amazing—so friendly and helpful! They’ve shared great information about the town since I’m new to the area; we've owned a home here for just over a year. Although we don't stay here all the time, we genuinely feel welcomed in Lake Isabella; it truly feels like our home away from home. You can tell that the people at Nelda's are genuinely nice! The restaurant has plenty of seating, and I've always found a clean table. They also have a pie display that tempts me every time, but I can never make room for dessert after such a satisfying meal—maybe someday! Overall, this is a fantastic place to eat. The incredible pit barbecue, wonderful staff, and reasonable prices make it hard to ask for more. I highly recommend Nelda's Diner!

This diner offers excellent classic fare. Their milkshakes are fantastic, with an impressive selection of 105 different flavors. We tried the Strawby Nanner shake, and it was absolutely delicious!

Loved the food. So good. Our service was amazing!!! Bathrooms need a little love.
